Covid-19


To start, I'd like to say that I hope you’re all feeling okay both mentally and physically and have been able to find some moments of positivity during this really difficult time. I know I’ve gone through highs and lows as we’ve adjusted to this ‘new normal’. Below are just a few things to note if you are booking or attending sessions for the foreseeable future. 


General Things to Note

The only major difference to your session will be that we will have no physical contact, so no shaking hands or hugging. I also won’t be able to adjust your hair or clothes etc. so please do bring a small mirror so you can make sure you are happy with how you look and you can make any adjustments needed.


Outdoor Locations

The outdoor shooting locations I use are near The Arts Centre Telford in a quiet spot, and are therefore very easy and pleasant to work in without disturbance or difficulty with social distancing. I shoot with a lens which means I have to stand at least 2 metres away from you regardless of social distancing.


Indoor Studio Sessions

I use a large studio so social distancing is possible at all times within that space. There is an area with mirrors for changing which will be cleaned before/after every session. There is a bathroom which will be thoroughly sanitised and cleaned/disinfected before and after every client session. The entire premises will be cleaned thoroughly between sessions. If you feel uncomfortable coming into an enclosed building I can gladly conduct an extended outdoor shoot instead. If you would like me to wear a mask during the shoot I am more than happy to do so, just let me know.


Your Comfort and Safety

It is really important to me that you feel safe and comfortable, and I trust and understand that you will take your own measures and precautions to make sure you that you do (i.e gloves, masks, sanitiser etc)


Cancellations and Deposits

Communication is all I ask in order to make sure we all know where we stand during this time. The only time I will keep your deposit will be in the case of a ‘no show’ with no communication. I will gladly offer refunds or rearrange at very short notice even if it’s just that you’ve changed your mind and no longer feel comfortable attending your session right now. If you cancel on the morning of the session I will refund your deposit in full. If you would prefer to rearrange I will keep the deposit until we can find another time that suits you. If we can’t find a new time within a month I will refund your deposit. I know that getting out and about can make people quite anxious at a time like this, and I don’t want you to spend the run up to your session (or arrive to it) feeling worried or worked up. 


Finally…

If you begin to feel unwell or develop symptoms please do not attend your session. Please just let me know if possible.
